Hose System Design

Dunlop design capabilities benefit from the use of Finite Element technology. Hose components can be modelled to optimise the design to provide the desired performance. Extensive use is made of appropriate software to analyse hose system response and configuration to ensure reliable operation.

Testing and Development

Extensive facilities are available for material and component testing and evaluation. Complete hose systems can be modelled either by the use of computer aided design facilities or scale modelling. Data can then be used to evaluate actual hose characteristics in either the full scale dynamic test rig or the tensile test rig.

Product Support

Technical Service Engineers are available to provide customer service, product support and training either in the field or at our factory site.
